Itinerary:

The plan is to check out the Telephone and Long Distance loop at West Bragg Creek. These trails hopefully have a little bit less bike traffic than some of the other trails in the area. However if it is very hot or smoky or both I will shorten the route or cancel altogether. Expect at least 5 hours out on the trail. FYI - my husband and I hiked a shortened version of this last Wednesday and saw a young black bear just off the Disconnect trail.

Required Items to Bring:
Kananaskis Conservation Pass. Bear Spray. Lots of water and maybe an electrolyte type drink too.
