Itinerary:

Offering this as a shorter option to Susan's Lineham ridge hike starting from the same trailhead at the same time. The trail is moderate for the first 5.2km before climbing steeply for the last part to the upper lake set below the cliffs of Mount Rowe. There is a short spur trail leading to lake Rowe's little sister lake and a view of Lower Rowe Lake 200m below. Expect at least 6 hours on trail.

Bear spray. Lots of water for a hot day on the trail.
