Itinerary:

Starting from the Radium Highway just below Storm Mountain, the trail climbs through a now barely noticeable burn area from a 1968 lightning strike, past waterfalls to the base of the glacier. Lots of alpine flowers and majestic scenery. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of the hike start time and be ready to hike at 10:30am.

Leaving Calgary city limits, take the #1 West for 139 kms; take exit 50 for Hwy 93 South; drive 13 kms; the Stanley Glacier trailhead will be off Hwy 93 on your left.
