Itinerary:

This is a leisurely hike; an opportunity to renew friendships and meet new members. Research indicates late May or early June is prime time for spring flowers. We will split into two groups and hike both a clockwise and counterclockwise loop with a meet up along the Bow River for lunch Put on your hiking boots and come out, get to know your fellow hiking club members.

64 km west of Canada Olympic Park on highway 1. Turn right at exit #114 onto. 1X to Seebe/ Exshaw then a quick left after 200 m into BOW VALLEY PROVINCIAL PARK AND CAMPGROUND. Follow the park road for 3 km then on your left, is the trail head (and outhouses) for MIDDLE LAKE. Parking lot is small so park on the parking loop if necessary.
