Itinerary:

Doors open at 6:00 PM Social 6:30-7:30 PM AGM starts at 7:30 Agenda for meeting will be included in club newsletter, TrailTalk. We will need some volunteers to help with the setup and takedown of tables and chairs before and after the meeting.

Please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold or flu, if you have been exposed to anyone who has been sick recently, or if you have travelled outside the country within the past two weeks.
