Itinerary:
This is a leisurely hike. The group will be split in two, one CCW and one clockwise. It is an easy path, with minimal elevation. The groups meet up for lunch along the Bow River to socialize and get to know new members. Views of Three Sisters mountains, circumnavigate a lake formed by a spring and looking for spring flowers

How to Get There:
Event Directions:64 km west of Canada Olympic Park on highway 1. Turn right at exit #114 onto. 1X to Seebe/ Exshaw then a quick left after 200 m into BOW VALLEY PROVINCIAL PARK AND CAMPGROUND. Follow the park road for 3 km then on your left, is the trail head (and outhouses) for MIDDLE LAKE. Parking lot is small so park on the parking loop if necessary.
