Itinerary:
The Canadian Rockies Trail Guide describes this hike as the epitome of where the prairies meet the mountains. It goes on to say this rolling trail is lush with colourful wildflowers from spring to midsummer, along with expansive views of the Waterton Valley. Expected completion time - 3 hours. There is no shade. There's been lots of rain, so mosquitos may be bad.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From Hwy 5 (park entrance road) turn right onto the Red Rock Parkway (RR300A). Travel about 3 - 3.5 km to Township Road 20A - look for the bear exhibit. The trailhead will be on the right.
