Itinerary:

We will take the shuttle $25. We arrive at 7:45 am at Tamarack store next door to Bear Mountain Motel to board the shuttle. Shuttle leaves at 8:00 am. Book ticket online at hikewaterton.com and click on Carthew Express. Booking opens on July 3 due to snowbound patches on the trail. The shuttle to Cameron Lake trailhead is 30 minutes so hike will start around 8:30 am. You may drive to Cameron Lake if you prefer but you have to collect the car at the end of the hike or have someone drive it back. The hike starts at Cameron Lake at the end of Akamina Parkway and ends at Cameron Falls in Waterton townsite. So we walk back to Bear Mountain Motel.
