Itinerary:

A variety of hikes through alpine meadows and possibly surrounding peaks offered over the four days. Three ACMG-certified guides and experienced chef.

Required Items to Bring:

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

Drive to Golden, BC, the day before departure to the Lodge, and on Day 1 fly in the early morning by helicopter to the back-country Lodge. Further information will be provided closer to the departure date.

Notes:

Important Note: If you want to confirm your stay at Purcell, please get your deposit in by March 30, 2026. Do not wait for an invoice; you will receive confirmation of payment after received by Alison Dakin. The number of return kilometers and elevation gains will vary each day and depending on the hikes offered: distances 5.5 to 16 km and elevation gains 480 to 750 m. Also note: Sigrid will not be available from September 14 through October 11. You can check the Purcell Lodge website for a trail map and more about the Lodge and area.
