Itinerary:

Meet at the Barrier Lake parking lot at 9:30 AM and be ready to hike by 9:30 AM. We will cross the dam and head north on Stoney Trail to the picnic area (tables and firepits) where we will enjoy a leisurely lunch. The return route is on a scenic trail above the Kananaskis River. Back at the Barrier Lake you might enjoy dipping your feet in the water.

Lots of water.
