Itinerary:

Hike follows upper Kananaskis Lakes Trail for about 5 km, then accesses trailhead to Hidden Lake/Northover Ridge. There is a long trek across a scree slope (the trail is well defined), then a pleasant trail through a light forest. The final access is across a meadow to beautiful Aster Lake. This hike will be done at a moderate pace, with stops along the way to enjoy the beauty of the environment.
