Itinerary:

We will be hiking at a moderate pace with brief rest stops as required. The elevation gain is approximate (could be less or a bit more). While there are no major elevation gains at any given time, the cumulative may be around 700. My goal is to get to Upper Elk Lake (passing Fox Lake), time permitting wander along Upper Elk Lake for a short way and then return via Lower Elk Lake. This will be a full day of hiking as I am not in a rush and intend to enjoy the day and the views.

Required Items to Bring:
Bear spray (mandatory) and anything else you need for a long day hike.
