Itinerary:
Starting from Stanley park we will walk west along the river and then across the pedestrian bridge to Sifton Blvd. We will then walk up to the dog park and then thru the dog park and along the river bluff to the dam. From the dam we will descend the stairs to the base of the dam and then follow the river until we have to climb back up to the bluff on a relatively steep path. We will then go back down to the river at Sandy Beach and follow the river back to Stanley park. I anticipate the hike will take from 2.5 to 3 hours.
