Itinerary:

Park at Lake Louise VILLAGE Visitor Centre before final plan decided. Main options: Boulder Pass or Giant Steps. Moderate pace.

Required Items to Bring:
Bear spray, water. One cell phone per car in case of traffic or car trouble.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
Sunscreen, possibly yak trax or equivalent, & possibly flashlight.

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

If parking is clearly available, we can park at Paradise Trailhead and go to Giant Steps, returning that same route. If not, drive to Fish Creek Trailhead and hike to Boulder Pass instead of Giant Steps.

Notes:

If there's trouble parking, an alternate hike could be Boulder Pass or Plain of Six Glaciers.
