Itinerary:
Doors open at 12:00 noon for set up. Volunteers will be needed for both set up and take down. Social will start 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (ish). Meeting to follow. Please bring a small appetizer to share . Club will supply soft drinks,water,tea,coffee and hot chocolate This is a non alcohol event
