| Itinerary: | |||||||
| Let's check out the trails at the south west end of the Yamnuska Natural Area which sits under Yamnuska and Goat Mountain. This under appreciated area is a mix of meadows, forests, kettle lakes, moraines, the list goes on. It is also home to many birds and flowers. Check Gillean Daffern's Kananaskis trail guide volume 3, hike no 27 for more details. Trails will be in spring condition - so expect mud. Approx 4 hours total including breaks. | |||||||
