Itinerary:

Let's check out a loop around the Sandy McNabb trail system - probably Pine Ridge to Balsam to Long Prairie but this may change dependent on whether or not they have been boot tracked since the snow earlier last week. I know that Pine Ridge loop has been cos myself and 3 friends broke that trail last Thursday. Around 4 hours on trail including breaks. Arrive in time to be ready to hike at 10.30am. It's hard to pick a suitable car pool point in the south so please contact other hikers in your neighbourhood if you'd like to share a ride.

Event Directions:

Drive west of Turner Valley. Once you pass the big K country sign continue for another 3km before turning right onto Sheep Station Road where the park headquarters are located. Google Maps recognises the office.
