Itinerary:

Rated as one of the finest around, we start at the Elbow Lakes parking lot, check out Edworthy Falls and head up the Piper valley to some stunning fall scenery. Two relatively simple water crossings. There is no technical difficulty and after Elbow Lake it is not particularly steep, but I have rated it Difficult due to the distance and elevation. It will be fairly late afternoon when we return to the cars.

Creek crossing gear e.g. water shoes, poles, all weather clothing.
