Itinerary:
First hiked in 2017 then smoke delayed in May, we will use a network of less well-known paths through the town of Canmore, extending through the TransAlta lands near Quarry Lake to the base of the Grassi Lakes penstock. En route we will take in some of the mining history of the area and ogle some of the recent real estate development. The trails are fairly gentle but I categorize this as Moderate since 16 kms is not for everyone

Required Items to Bring:
We will be in the mountains so consider any and all types of weather.
