Itinerary:

Sept 19 to 23 (Monday to Friday) 4 nights 5 days. In Southwest Saskatchewan lies the vast and rugged prairie landscape of Grasslands National Park. The park’s remote location makes it an ideal refuge for rare prairie flora and fauna, an off the beaten path destination for hiking and driving adventures, and is home to some of the darkest skies in Canada. Grasslands National Park is an ideal destination for adventurous travellers looking to unwind far from city lights and learn about the Mixed Grass Prairies. The West Block is accessible from the town of Val Marie (site of the park’s visitor centre), which can be reached by Highway 4 and Highway 18.
