| Meet at Middle Lake Parking/outhouse area. Easy undulating forest trail by Bow river and two lakes. We look for spring flowers while learning of the glacial history of this Bow Valley area. Trail is single file, forest bottom with some boardwalk around Many Springs Lake. THIS HIKE WILL BE IN A COUNTER CLOCKWISE DIRECTION. Lunch along the Bow River. | |||||||

| Event Directions: | 64 km west of Canada Olympic Park on highway 1. Turn right at exit #114 onto. 1X to Seebe/ Exshaw then a quick left after 200 m into BOW VALLEY PROVINCIAL PARK CAMPGROUND. Follow park road for 3 km , then on your left, trail head (and outhouses) for MIDDLE LAKE. parking is limited so park on edge of parking loop if necessary. | ||||||
