Itinerary:

HI all, We will be in the Nordegg area starting Tuesday Aug 15th for 3 nites and coming home on Friday Aug 18, 2023. This is a more laid back and quieter area to hike and explore compared to Banff and Lake Louise. This will be my 6th visit. Many, many hikes of all levels within a short driving distance along hwy 11 bordered by the beautiful baby blue water of Abraham Lake. Hikes you may have heard of are Crescent falls, Allstones lake, Tuff Puff, Vision Quest, Coliseum, Cline coral canyon. Hikes to be posted by individual day hike co- ordinators closer to the day.

The accommodation choices are cottages, hotel and motel rooms, a hostel and about 5 camp grounds. Nature's get away, David Thompson Resort, Cheechako Cabins, Aurum Lodge, Expanse Cottages Nordegg Lodge, HI Nordegg Shunda Creek Hostel are a few names.
