Itinerary:

This hike is open to NEW MEMBERS ONLY. The hike will be open to all members on June 7 if we do not get enough new members. There are some patches of snow on the ridge but microspikes not required. Must be comfortable with moderate exposure & some easy scrambling.

Required Items to Bring:
Clothes to suit all types of weather. POLES, Lunch, Lots of water (minimum of 1 1/2 litres in case it is a hot day.

Event Directions:

The trailhead is 42 kms south on Hwy 40 from the Trans Canada Hwy to the Fortress Gas Station. Park in the north corner of the parking lot. Be at the trailhead by 08:45 in order to start hiking at 09:00.
