Itinerary:

Starting from the parking lot we will hike down Tiger Lilly, around the pond and then back up to the terrace. We will then hike west along the terrace to the west end of the park, down the coolly and then back to the parking lot along the bottom trail. Approximate 2 to 3 hours.

The hike will start from the Glenbow Ranch parking lot that is located 2 km east of Cochrane off the 1A highway (Crowchild Trail)
