Itinerary:

We will walk on a mix of mostly paved, and some natural trails in Bowmont Park from near Home Road through to the Bowmont west and possibly Bowness park. Meet at Bowmont Park parking lot just west of Home Road NW and adjacent to the Maranatha Church. I have estimated the distance at 12km return.
