Itinerary:
Hello. We will proceed at a good pace (for my short legs) up the east side of the park, sticking mostly to dirt or gravel paths, and tackling the bike knobs and the ups/downs of the coulees. Goal is to get some elevation training in first part of the walk. After about 45 minutes the hike will level off as we go west, and then turn south. We are on pavement for a short way before looping back east to return to the parking lot. There are lots of wild flowers out. Distance and elevation are approximate.

Required Items to Bring:
Suggest bringing at least one pole as there are some fairly steep descents.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
