Write Up:Lovely day and quite warm. It was 16 degrees when we started warming up
to 23 degrees when we finished.
We stayed low focusing on staying on the soft paths in the forests and
ravines. We not only saw the fall colours, we were in them. Next time i
would like to do the third forest in the centre of this north east
corner of the park.
Stats are 6.26 km, 152 metres eg and total time of 1hr 50 minutes.
Also 883 calories burned.
