Write Up:It was a beautiful day for checking out the north end of Nose Hill and
celebrating Canada Day with fellow hikers. Lots of flowers along the
way. We stopped to smell the roses - literally! The scent was
amazing.
Lots of Brown Eyed Susans and Western Wood Lilies stood out among the
many varieties that we enjoyed.
We also explored some trails in the shade of the trees that were new
to
all of us. I don't think that I ever follow the same route twice at
Nose Hill!
Thanks to Lois for sharing some boozy chocolates all the way from
Scotland with us when we had a break ;-)
Stats were 11km and 320m of elevation.
