Write Up:It was a beautiful holiday Monday to check out the hills on Nose Hill
- and avoid the traffic on the highways.
We started at 64th and headed up to the Medicine Wheel for a view of
downtown then headed towards the Winter Club - down the stairs then
back up a long hill towards Brisebois parking lot.
At this point the group split with Lois taking some of the group on a
shorter route, but still uphill, back to the vehicles at 64th.
Susan took a handful of mainly willing participants ;-) up a longer
hill towards Edgemont before turning back across the top of the hill
to 64th.
The flowers are starting in earnest with Buffalo Bean being the
predominant variety of the day.
Susan's group did 11.3km and 314m of cumulative elevation.
Lois'group came in around the 10km mark.
