Write Up:It was a excellent day for a early season hike on the slopes. The sun
was shining warming the day to a comfortable 18 degrees celsius. We
hiked
through the forest, down the slopes to the grasslands at the base. The
trees were just beginning to bud out and the forest floor had no new
growth. The trails were a little muddy
but everyone navigated the steep sections with very little trouble.
Stats: 7 kms in 2.5 hours.
