Write Up:
Although not an official hike as there were only three of us, we had an excellent time and enjoyed the hike. Starting early was wise as the heat increased throughout the day as did the people. We heard the rushing water of Galatea Creek throughout the hike and enjoyed a relaxing lunch at the dining area of Lillian Lake campground. The hike to Lillian Lake and return is actually 12 kms, 6 kms each way.
