Write Up: It was a lovely warm day and 21 hikers(3 separate groups), took part in these relaxed pace hikes past 2 lakes and the Bow River.
We saw Lady Slippers, Shooting Stars and Violas beside Many Springs Lake trail and Clematis all along the trails.
Of our 21 hikers,7 hikers were new members and we arrived in 17 cars
( No carpooling) Our new members included some new faces as well as old acquaintances from Norseman ski club
What a lovely start to the Alberta June 1 reopening.
