Write Up:What a lovely group of hikers. It was the perfect day for learning coal mine history, climbing up
to the coal mine scar in the cool of the morning and leisurely lunching in the sun on Hidden Trail.
with a view It was really Hidden as we tried valiantly to find it after the ski hill which we did. We
decided not to hike to Hay Meadow or up to the Village once back to the parking lot but some of
us went up by vehicle to check out the gear store.
