Write Up:We had a great small group of hikers today. Andrew B, Susan C, and Don
'John Doe' H joined me in a 9.5 km hike in Fish Creek Park. The weather
was perfect and we even started the hike by doing our best hop-scotch
moves on the path in front of Annie's Cafe! We saw the ice caves and the
ice fall, but didn't get to see the penguins oops I mean the pelicans;
the river seems to have risen a bit since Tuesday when I was there and
there wasn't much 'island' for them to land on. Maybe another time. We
finished up with lunch at Annie's and had a nice visit. Thanks to the
attendees for keeping me company!
