Write Up:We had enough members to run this hike officially but unfortunately, I
received two very late cancellations which left the others in a
difficult situation. We decided to go on the hike since it was very
popular and we would have support if something happened. (the parking
lot was full.) We had a great day with perfect weather, beautiful views
and lovely conversation. So not an office club hike with the drop-outs
but a definite good day with friends.
I WILL BE APPROACHING THE BOARD TO CHANGE FROM 24 HOURS NOTICE TO 48
HOURS NOTICE TO ENSURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
