Write Up:We had an enjoyable hike to Lower Galatea Lake (except for the really
steep parts- ha ha). We encountered a few folks coming down the trail
when we were first going up. These seemed to be Lillian Lake campers.
Later on we saw a number of hikers on the trail and even saw two
swimmers in Lower Galatea Lake. The weather and company were quite
pleasant.
