Write Up:Four strong hikers of hardy northern stock summitted Moose Mountain for
lunch with a grand view at the picnic table below the fire lookout. The
fire lookout and helipad are private and off-limits now.
Being at a higher elevation we started hiking in nice cool temperatures
and it was not very hot until we had descended significantly on the way
out. Note that the gravel road was in terrible condition and washboarded
most of the way. Overall a great hike with a great group.
