Write Up:After much addition & subtraction to the numbers on this hike ...we settled with 5; welcome to
Jane, new member this year & Envers, quest of Jacinta. Trail is excellent....through the trees and
then into the rocky moraine area which is exciting to zig-zag over the rocks & boulders. Finally
into the grassy high area with the beautiful tarn below. Enjoyed an hours lunch watching 2
HUGH brown marmets with white collars. Returning we watched 5-6 'clarks nutcracker' which
entertained us for several minutes flitting from the tops of 2-3 trees. Beautiful. We finished by
2:30. Great day...thanks to all for coming.
