Write Up:Splendid day in the Sheep River area...with a wonderful group who were eager to start early.
Which we did...on the trail at 0830 !
Trail is excellent encompassing 'steep up'...'pristine walk through a forested area'......'out into the
open'.... for the last push to the summit over rocky bits covered with flowers and other
vegetation. Views were fine as we arrived but smoke dulled the 360' views by the time we
departed 40 minutes later. Back to the cars 1230. PERFECT...thanks everyone for making a
special hike.
