Write Up:The weather was perfect for our hike today. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch sitting by the
pond enjoying the warmth of the sun.
There were signs at the beginning of the Ribbon Creek Trail alerting us that there was a
bear in the area. We were aware of this and many of us carried bear spray which
fortunately we had no need to use.
The route we took to the Village took 2.5 hours Ribbon Creek Trail to Kovach Terrace
to the Village. Our return route was Kovach, Aspen, Link which took 1.5 hours.
It was a very good day enjoyed by all.
